Small group training is perfect for someone who loves a supportive team environment and needs a little extra motivation to help them get through the challenges of the workout and the obstacles in life. Are you ready for some fun and competition?

 

My small group training programs will be based off what the group wants to achieve as a whole. Whether it’s gaining strength, losing weight, or both!

All fitness levels are welcome—exercises can be modified to match your abilities.
