As an athlete, there are a lot of things you need to be proficient at. You need speed, agility, quickness, strength, power, endurance, and a winners mindset. As we know, games are won in the off-season; unfortunately, in the off-season athletes are often told to do things and don’t have an understanding on how, or sometimes even what to do. Things such as lifting weights, running, etc.
I’ve been fortunate enough to work with a couple of teams and athletes in the Eagan community. Through this experience I was able to help these athletes become stronger, faster, and more powerful. My goal is to increase your athletes/teams performance by implementing all of these principles for a winning season. Working with me, there are 7 areas we focus on to get you, the athlete or your team results.
